盾构施工对邻近建筑物的沉降影响研究

摘  要:为了分析地铁盾构施工对邻近建筑物沉降的影响情况,本文依托东莞市虎门镇一盾构施工区间为研究对象,通过现场监测及Flac~(3D)软件建立既有建筑物与盾构的计算模型,研究了在不同情况下盾构施工开挖对既有建筑物的沉降影响情况。结果表示随着隧道埋深由15.2 m增大到23.2 m,建筑物的最大沉降量由16.41 mm减少至11.02 mm;隧道中线与建筑物的距离从14 m降至8 m,建筑物最大沉降量从8.15 mm升至20.98 mm。表明盾构施工时需要保证隧道的埋深与其和建筑物之间的距离来确保施工后既有建筑物的继续使用。In order to analyse the impact of underground shield construction on the settlement of adjacent buildings.Based on the construction section of a shield structure in Humen Town,Dongguan City,this paper establishes the calculation model of the existing building and shield structure through site monitoring and Flac~(3D)software.The influence of shield excavation on settlement of existing buildings under different conditions is studied.The results show that with the tunnel depth increasing from 15.2 m to 23.2 m,the maximum settlement of the building decreases from 16.41 mm to 11.02 mm.The distance between the middle line of the tunnel and the building is reduced from 14m to 8m,and the maximum settlement of the building is increased from 8.15mm to 20.98mm.It shows that the distance between the buried depth of the tunnel and the building should be ensured to ensure the continued use of the existing building after construction.
