绿色发展理念下建筑给排水及采暖通风空调安装问题分析

摘　　要：城市化发展中,社会大众对建筑绿色环保提出更高要求,在购房时,人们所关注的重点放在了给排水、采暖通风空调安装层面,对上述部分设计的科学性、运行的稳定性和实用性均提出要求。通过研究发现,目前建筑工程给排水和暖通空调安装施工的绿色环保性尚未达到要求,仍存在许多突出问题,可能造成环境污染,引发能源资源浪费问题,与绿色发展理念相悖。对此,论文以绿色发展理念为指导,分析当下建筑给排水和采暖空调安装中存在的障碍问题,并提出相应的解决办法,希望为建筑行业绿色可持续发展提供些许帮助。It is found that the green environmental protection of water supply and drainage and HVAC installation and construction of construction projects has not yet met the requirements,and there are still many outstanding problems,which may cause environmental pollution,cause waste of energy resources,and run counter to the concept of green development.In this regard,this paper analyzes the obstacles existing in the installation of water supply and drainage,heating and air conditioning in buildings under the guidance of the concept of green development,and proposes corresponding solutions,hoping to provide some help for the green and sustainable development of the construction industry.
