浅谈初步设计概算对全过程造价控制的作用

摘　　要：近年来,建筑行业在中国迅猛发展,吸引了大量企业及人员投身此行业,然而从业人员的业务水平参差不齐,管理不善导致项目超预期投资现象时有发生,在全过程管理中愈发突出了造价控制的重要性。其中,初步设计概算作为工程项目建设投资的最高限额,对于后续招标工作及施工阶段的过程管理都有重要的指导意义。论文通过具体项目实例论证初步设计概算对工程项目的控制与指导作用,进而提出全过程造价控制的方法论,为当前时代背景下全过程造价控制方向提供一定的理论参考。In recent years,the construction industry has developed rapidly in China,attracting a large number of enterprises and personnel to participate in this industry.However,the business level of practitioners is uneven,and poor management often leads to unexpected investment in projects.The importance of cost control has become increasingly prominent in the entire process management.Among them,the preliminary design estimate,as the maximum investment limit for engineering project construction,has important guiding significance for subsequent bidding work and process management during the construction phase.The paper demonstrates the control and guidance role of preliminary design estimates on engineering projects through specific project examples,and then proposes a methodology for whole process cost control,providing a certain theoretical reference for the direction of whole process cost control in the current era.
