摘  要:察尔汗盐湖锂资源约为1000万t氯化锂当量,储量非常丰富。位于察尔汗盐湖的青海盐湖蓝科锂业股份有限公司近年来通过技术攻关,攻克了高镁锂比盐湖提锂的技术难点,成功生产出电池级碳酸锂。目前,公司主要以碳酸锂为主,产品结构单一,市场竞争力弱,急需研究高纯氯化锂、氢氧化锂产品的工艺方法。本文通过探究盐湖卤水制备高纯氯化锂的生产工艺,比较当前盐湖卤水制备高纯氯化锂工艺的优缺点,对市场生产情况进行了分析。The lithium resources of Charkhan Salt Lake are about 10 million tons of lithium chloride equivalent,and the resource reserves are very rich.Qinghai Salt Lanke Lithium Company located in Charkhan Salt Lake has overcome the technical difficulties of high magnesium-lithium ratio salt lake lithium extraction through technical research and research in recent years,and successfully produced and prepared battery-grade lithium carbonate,but the company is currently mainly based on lithium carbonate,with a single product structure and weak market competitiveness,and it is urgent to study the process methods of lithium chloride and lithium hydroxide products.In this paper,by exploring the production process of lithium chloride in salt lake brine,this paper analyzes and compares the advantages and disadvantages and market production of the current anhydrous lithium chloride process prepared from salt lake brine.
