摘 要:为改善水泥基封孔材料在煤矿工作环境中存在的早期强度低、自收缩、流失率高等缺陷,以水泥为基础,添加硫酸锂和二乙二醇进行复配。通过抗压强度、流动度、凝结时间、XRD、电镜扫描(SEM)等表征,研究了复合早强剂对水泥早强效果的影响。结果表明,添加质量比为0.4%的硫酸锂和质量比为0.04%二乙二醇到水泥材料中,效果最好,相较于同龄期空白组抗压强度分别提升96.59%、26.87%、25.32%、27.21%,且初终凝时间明显缩短。通过微观分析可知,硫酸锂和二乙二醇复配,加快了C_(3)S、C_(2)S的反应进程,缩短水泥凝结时间,CH和C—S—H会形成水化膜覆盖在水泥颗粒表面,使内部结构更为紧密,改善了水泥内部构造,显著提高了水泥基材料的早强性能。In order to improve the defects of low early strength,autogenous shrinkage and high loss rate of cement-based sealing materials in coal mine.Based on cement,lithium sulfate and diethylene glycol are compounded.The effects of composite early strength agent on the early strength of cement are studied by means of compressive strength,fluidity,setting time,XRD and SEM.The results show that the addition of lithium sulfate with a mass ratio of 0.4%and diethylene glycol with a mass ratio of 0.04%to the cement material has the best effect.Compared with the blank group of the same age,the compressive strength is increased by 96.59%,26.87%,25.32%,27.21%,and the initial and final setting time is significantly shortened.Through microscopic analysis,it can be seen that the combination of lithium sulfate and diethylene glycol accelerates the reaction process of C_(3)S and C_(2)S and shortens the setting time of cement.CH and C—S—H will form a hydration film covering the surface of cement particles,making the internal structure more compact,improving the internal structure of cement and significantly improving the early strength performance of cement-based materials.
