摘 要:酒钢某周边铁矿石通过模拟选矿厂生产流程,粉矿采用强磁工艺经过一粗两扫流程,块矿采用竖炉焙烧两段磨矿三段磁选、三段磨矿三段磁选以及弱磁精矿反浮选流程,对其可选性进行研究。结果表明:与酒钢镜铁山铁矿石相比,强磁选精矿品位高出酒钢矿石4个百分点左右,弱磁选精矿品位低于酒钢矿石1个百分点左右,焙烧磁选铁回收率高,选矿比略低,精矿中SiO_(2)含量较高;粉矿强磁选铁回收率较低,不到70%,选矿比较高,精矿中SiO_(2)含量较高;反浮选后精矿铁品位可提高到62.92%,SiO_(2)含量下降到6.44%。由于精矿中SiO_(2)含量偏高,该矿石可以进入选矿厂选矿流程进行选别,对综精的整体指标提高及降低选比是不利的。Through simulating the production process of the mineral dressing plant for the iron ore,the powder ore adopts strong magnetic process through one coarse and two sweeping process,and the block ore adopts vertical furnace roasting by two sections of grinding and three sections of magnetic separation,three sections of grinding and three sections of magnetic separation and weak magnetic concentrate reverse flotation process,and the selectability of the iron ore is studied.The results show that compared with Jingtieshan iron ore,the grade of strong magnetic concentrate is about 4 percentage points higher than that of JISCO ore,that of weak magnetic concentrate is about 1 percentage point lower than that of JISCO ore,the roasting magnetic iron recovery rate is higher,the beneficiation ratio is slightly lower,and the SiO_(2)content in concentrate is higher.The iron recovery rate of the powder ore strong magnetic separation is relatively low,less than 70%,the beneficiation ratio is relatively high,and the SiO_(2)content in the concentrate is relatively high.After reverse flotation,the concentrate iron grade can be increased to 62.92%and SiO_(2)content decreased to 6.44%.Due to the high level of SiO_(2)content in the concentrate,the ore can enter the beneficiation process for selection,which is unfavorable to the comprehensive concentrate overall index improvement and the concentrate ratio reduction.
