摘 要:本文以8079双零铝箔铸轧带坯为试验对象,利用扫描电镜、光学显微镜观察8079双零铝箔在不同加工道次下晶粒组织及析出物演变情况。结果表明:坯料第一道次轧至3.8mm并经过均匀化退火处理后上、下表面浅层区域出现了大量的针状相,尺寸在20~25μm;继续轧至0.55mm经中间退火后原有短棒状析出相呈现出球化的趋势,宏观上呈“颗粒状”,析出相尺寸朝着进一步细化的方向发展,表层和心部组织差异性持续减小,横向和纵向组织的分布特点也趋于相同,坯料组织差异性得到大幅改善。。In this paper,8079 double zero aluminum foil cast-rolled strip was used as the experimental object.The grain structure and evolution of precipitates of 8079 double zero aluminum foil under different processing passes were observed by scanning electron microscope and optical microscope.The results showed that after the strip was rolled to 3.8mm in the first pass and homogenization annealing treatment,a large number of acicular phases appeared in the superficial areas of the upper and lower surfaces,with the size of 20~25μm;after continuously rolling to 0.55mm and intermediate annealing,the original short rod-like precipitates showed the tendency of spheroidization,which was“granular”macroscopically,and the size of precipitates developed toward the direction of further refinement.The difference between the surface layer and the core structure was decreasing continuously,the distribution characteristics of the transverse and longitudinal structure tended to be the same,and the difference of the strip microstructure was greatly improved.
