摘　　要：本文旨在讨论一种重型铸造渣罐转化为重型焊接渣罐的设计及制作,通过将铸钢件转化为铆焊件以简化制作工序,用三维制图软件Solidworks实现渣罐的设计,阐述其制作过程,为重型铸造渣罐转化为重型焊接渣罐的制作提供参考。通过该设计降低制作成本,提升产品质量,符合绿色制造理念,应用前景广阔。This paper aims to discuss the design and production of a heavy-duty casting slag tank converted into a heavy-duty welding slag tank.By converting cast steel parts into riveted welded parts to simplify the production process,the slag tank design is implemented using the 3D drawing software Solidworks,and the production process is explained,which provides a reference for the production of heavy-duty casting slag tanks converted into heavy-duty welding slag tanks.This design reduces production costs,improves product quality,conforms to the concept of green manufacturing and has broad application prospects.
