摘　　要：本文针对不锈钢冷轧热退火酸洗机组六辊轧机频繁发生工作辊断辊问题进行了分析,确定该工作辊位置的不固定是导致频繁断辊的主要原因。通过定期对侧支撑辊相对位置进行标定,有效约束工作辊运行空间,解决六辊轧机工作辊在轧钢过程中因受力不均导致工作辊断辊的问题,遏制了事故发生。The paper analyzes the problem of S6 Rolling Mill work roll breakage frequently in DRAP,and points out that the main reason for the work roll breakage is the unfixed position of the work roll in S6 Rolling Mill.By calibrating the relative position of the side support roll regularly and restricting the work roll running space,the problem of work roll breakage caused by uneven force in the rolling process can be solved and the occurrence of accidents is contained.
