摘  要:为实现轧钢线棒材标牌自动焊接,本文结合现场实际工作情况,研究并设计了一种基于3D视觉识别的热轧带肋钢筋标牌自动焊接系统。该系统以西门子PLC系统为控制核心,PLC控制系统与工控机、机器人系统、3D视觉定位系统、送钉系统、标牌打印系统、焊接系统等进行信息的传输及作业过程的控制,实现钢筋标牌自动焊接功能。现场测试结果表明:该系统工作站能自动完成热轧带肋钢筋标牌自动焊接任务,系统运行稳定,工作效率高,可有效替换人工在线焊接工序,实现热轧带肋钢筋标牌全自动焊接,切实提高了生产效率,从根本上解决了作业人员现场的危险作业问题,极大减轻了作业人员的劳动强度。In order to achieve automatic welding of steel bar labels on the rolling line,a hot-rolled ribbed steel bar label automatic welding system based on 3D visual recognition was studied and designed,taking into account the actual working conditions on site.The system uses Siemens PLC system as the control core,and the PLC control system transmits information and controls the operation process with industrial computers,robot systems,3D vision positioning systems,nail feeding systems,label printing systems,welding systems,etc.to achieve automatic welding function of steel bar labels.The on-site test results show that the system workstation can automatically complete the automatic welding task of hot-rolled ribbed steel bar labels,with stable system operation and high work efficiency.It can effectively replace manual online welding processes,achieve fully automatic welding of hot-rolled ribbed steel bar labels,and effectively improve production efficiency.It fundamentally solves the problem of dangerous operations on site for operators and greatly reduces their labor intensity.
