摘　　要：2007年以来,酒钢专用铁路实际情况发生了巨大变化,原路局车占用时间标准已经不符合酒钢厂内运输实际情况,需要重新核定。本文通过对酒钢专用铁路路局车停时分析,找出影响货车超时的不利因素,在规范操作的前提下,为路企双方重新核定路局车占用时间标准,完善停时管理工作提供依据和方法。Since 2007,there have been significant changes in the actual situation of JISCO Special Railway.The original standard for the occupation time of railway cars no longer meets the actual transportation situation in JISCO Plant and needs to be reevaluated.This paper analyzes the parking time of railway cars on the JISCO Special Railway Bureau,identifies the unfavorable factors that affect the overtime of freight cars,and provides a basis and method for both Railway Bureau and company to reevaluate the occupancy time standards of railway cars and improve parking time management work under the premise of standardized operation.
