摘　　要：在现代产业体系构建背景下,科技金融对中国式现代化的助力作用备受重视。目前京津冀一体化战略实施进入了新阶段,但京津冀地区内金融资源和产业发展相关要素流动和影响及其空间依赖性尚未获得学界足够的关注。因此,以京津冀地区的13个城市为研究对象,从空间效应视角出发,通过产业结构合理化、高级化和高新化3个维度构建产业结构升级指数,综合使用“0-1”邻接矩阵、地理距离矩阵及经济距离矩阵,优选空间自相关模型(SAC)研究京津冀地区科技金融集聚对产业结构升级的影响。实证结果表明,京津冀地区城市间的产业结构升级具有显著的空间溢出效应,科技金融聚集对本地及邻近地区也存在溢出效应,其中人力资本要素和政府干预程度在产业结构升级中起积极作用,固定资产投资方向不利于产业结构升级,而外商直接投资、基础设施以及经济发展水平并未对产业结构升级形成清晰影响。由此,主要得到充分发挥科技金融的空间溢出效应、创新科技金融产品和服务及完善科技金融体系、提升基础设施共享水平和优化资源配置等政策启示。In the context of modern industrial system construction,the role of technology finance in facilitating Chinese-style modernization has received significant attention.Currently,the implementation of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration strategy has entered a new phase.However,the flow and impact of financial resources and industrial development-related elements within the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,as well as their spatial dependence,have not received sufficient attention from the academic community.Therefore,taking the 13 cities in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region as the research object,from the perspective of spatial effects,this paper constructs an industrial structure upgrade index through the rationalization,advancement,and high-techization of the industrial structure.By comprehensively using the"0-1"adjacency matrix,geographic distance matrix,and economic distance matrix,the spatial auto-regressive model(SAC)is preferred to study the impact of technology finance agglomeration on industrial structure upgrade in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.The empirical results show that there is a significant spatial spillover effect on the upgrade of industrial structure among cities in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,and the agglomeration of technology finance also has a spillover effect on local and neighboring areas.Among them,human capital elements and the degree of government intervention play a positive role in the upgrade of industrial structure,while the direction of fixed asset investment is not conducive to the upgrade of industrial structure,and foreign direct investment,infrastructure,and the level of economic development have not formed a clear impact on the upgrade of industrial structure.Thus,the main policy implications include giving full play to the spatial spillover effect of technology finance,innovating technology finance products and services,improving the technology finance system,enhancing the level of infrastructure sharing,and optimizing resource allocation.
