摘  要:在当前“碳中和、碳达峰”的背景下,风火打捆发电系统将不断提高输送功率,加快构建清洁能源为主体的新型电力系统。为此,本文提出一种考虑碳排放强度约束和负荷转移的风火打捆发电系统经济调度模型。首先,对风火打捆发电系统中灵活性改进后的火电机组,考虑其爬坡能力有了较大提升,采用阶梯式爬坡建模方式来表征其快速爬坡响应能力;其次,考虑改进后的火电机组仍然存在碳排放特性,故将碳排放强度约束加入发电系统的经济调度模型。但是这样可能会限制火电机组的阶梯式爬坡响应能力。为解决这一矛盾,本文将风火打捆发电系统与城市高压配电网进行耦合建模,让城市高压配电网中灵活负荷资源参与风火打捆发电系统经济调度,最终形成计及负荷转移的经济调度模型。最后,本文对某实际地区的多个风火打捆发电系统与当地高压配电网络进行联合仿真分析,验证了所提模型的有效性。In the context of the transformation and upgrading of the new power system,the wind-thermal-bundled generation system will continuously improve the power transmission to meet the growing demand for clean energy.Therefore,this paper proposes an economic dispatch model of wind-thermal-bundled generation system considering carbon emission constraint and load transfer strategy.First of all,for the thermal power unit with improved flexibility of the wind-thermal-bundled generation system,considering its ramp ability has been greatly improved,the dynamic ramp modeling method is used to characterize its rapid climbing response ability.Then,considering that the improved thermal power unit still has carbon emission characteristics,the carbon emission constraint is added to the economic dispatching model of the power generation system.However,in this way,the dynamic ramp response capability of thermal power units may be limited.In order to solve this contradiction,this paper coupled the wind-thermal-bundled generation system with the urban high-voltage distribution network,and let the flexible load resources in the urban high-voltage distribution network to participate in the economic dispatching of wind-thermal-bundled generation system,and finally the economic dispatching model taking into account the load transfer is formed.Finally,this paper conducts a joint simulation analysis of several wind-thermal-bundled generation systems and local high-voltage distribution networks in a practical area,which verifies the effectiveness of the proposed model.
