摘  要:为了解广东地区鸡球虫耐药性情况,分别从惠州、肇庆和韶关地区采集鸡场样品,利用球虫单卵囊分离纯化技术得到优势虫株柔嫩艾美耳球虫纯种卵囊,通过鸡体试验对各地区优势虫株进行复方磺胺氯吡嗪钠、尼卡巴嗪、地克珠利等11种常用抗球虫药物的耐药性评估。以抗球虫指数(ACI)、病变记分减少率(RLS)、相对卵囊产量(ROP)和最适抗球虫百分率(POAA)4项指标,综合评估不同地区虫株对不同抗球虫药物的耐药性及耐药程度。结果:柔嫩艾美耳球虫惠州株(ETHZ-Y)对氯羟吡啶耐药性最强,对马度米星铵呈中度耐药;肇庆株(ETZQ-Y)对氯羟吡啶、盐酸氯苯胍、癸氧喹酯、甲基盐霉素和地克珠利等药物完全耐药,对拉沙洛西钠耐药性最弱;韶关株(ETSG-Y)对氯羟吡啶和地克珠利等药物耐药性最为严重,而尼卡巴嗪的抗球虫效果相对较好;3个地方虫株普遍对复方磺胺氯吡嗪钠、地克利珠、癸氧喹酯、二硝托胺、氯羟吡啶、甲基盐霉素、莫能菌素和盐酸氯苯胍均产生完全或重度耐药。综上,惠州、肇庆和韶关地区的鸡球虫耐药情况较为严重,应及时针对性地改变用药策略,加强防控、改善环境,避免鸡球虫病暴发的风险。The aim of this study was to determine the drug resistance of chicken coccidiosis in the areas of Huizhou,Zhaoqing and Shaoguan of Guangdong Province and to provide a reasonable control program for this parasite.Samples were collected from chicken farm in the above mentioned areas,and the dominant coccidium(Eimeria tenella)oocysts were obtained by the single oocyst isolation and purification technology.The drug resistance of the dominant strains in different areas to 11 common anticoccidial drugs,such as compound sulfachloropyrazine sodium,nicarbazine and diclazuril was evaluated by animal trials.The drug resistance and the resistance degree to different anticoccid ial drugs in the different areas were evaluated by four indexes,including the anticoccidial index(ACI),reduction of lesion scores(RLS),relative oocyst production(ROP)and percent optimum anticoccidial activity(POAA).The results showed that the Huizhou strain(ETHZY)of Eimeria tenella was the most resistant to clopidol and moderately resistant to maduramicin ammonium.The strain of Zhaoqing(ETZQY)was completely resistant to clopidol,robenidine hydrochloride,decoquinate,narasin and diclazuril,but of the weakest resistance to lasalocid sodium.The strain of Shaoguan(ETSG-Y)was the most seriously resistant to clopidol and diclazuril,while the nicarbazin had a relatively good anticoccidial effect.The three strains generally developed complete or severe resistance to compound sulfachloropyrazine sodium,diclazuril,decoquinate,dinitolmide,clopidol,narasin,monensin and robenidine hydrochloride.These results indicated that drug resistance of chicken coccidiosis was very serious in the Huizhou,Zhaoqing and Shaoguan areas of Guangdong Province.Therefore,drug use strategies should be changed in time,prevention and control measures should be strengthened,and the environment should be improved to avoid the risk of chicken coccidiosis outbreak.
