摘 要:旨在研究云南省猪源志贺菌的流行情况以及耐药情况,分析志贺菌分离株耐药基因和毒力基因。采集云南省5个地州共300份猪肛门拭子样品进行志贺菌的分离、生化鉴定及PCR鉴定,通过K-B药敏纸片法和PCR分别检测分离菌的耐药性、耐药基因及毒力基因。结果:志贺菌阳性检出率20.7%(62/300),其中楚雄、红河、大理、昭通、澜沧阳性率分别为18.9%、21.8%、18.8%、21.9%和22%;62株志贺菌对14种抗生素均有不同程度的耐药,对萘啶酸耐药率最高为96.8%,对头孢西丁的耐药率最低为3.2%;以链霉素-氨苄西林耐药谱为主;喹诺酮类耐药基因gyrA的检出率最高为79%,qnrA的检出率最低为1.6%;毒力基因ipaH、ial、shet1A的检出率依次为100%、77.4%和40.3%。研究表明,云南省猪源志贺菌对多种抗生素均产生耐药性,耐药基因检出率均较高,毒力基因以ipaH为主。To explore the prevalence and resistance of Shigella isolated from pigs in Yunnan Province,the resistance and virulence genes of Shigella isolates were analyzedin this study.A total of 300 anal swab samples were collected from pigs in large scale farms in 5 prefectures of Yunnan Province for isolation,biochemical identification and PCR identification of Shigella;and the drug resistance,resistance genes and virulence genes were detected using the K-B susceptibility tablet method and PCR,respectively.The results showed that the positive detection rate of Shigella was 20.7%(62/300),among which the positive rates of the samples from Chuxiong,Honghe,Dali,Zhaotong and Lan-cang were 18.9%,21.8%,18.8%,21.9%and 22%respectively.62 strains of Shigella were resistant to 14 antibiotics at different degrees,and the highest resistance rate to nalidixic acid was 96.8%,and that to cefoxitin was the lowest at 3.2%.The drug resistance profile was streptomycin-ampicillin.The resistance gene gyrA had the highest detection rate,and the lowest detection rate of qnrA was 79%and 1.6%respectively.The detection rate of virulence genes ipaH,ial and shet1A were 100%,77.4%and 40.3%,respectively.It can be seen that Shigella infection in pig farms in Yunnan Province was resistant to various antibiotics,and the detection rate of resistance genes was high.And ipaH was the major virulence gene.
