摘 要:探究不同组织工艺参数纱架贾卡鞋面织物的性能差异,采用拉舍尔单纱架贾卡经编机织造了不同贾卡组织结构和牵拉密度的纱架织物,并进行织物性能测试,分析不同工艺参数对鞋面织物性能的影响。拉伸断裂试验结果表明:贾卡组织结构越稀疏,鞋面织物的拉伸断裂强力越小;贾卡牵拉密度越大,织物的断裂强力越大,但随着牵拉密度进一步增大,织物的断裂强力反而会下降。顶破强力试验结果表明,贾卡组织结构和牵拉密度与织物的顶破强力成正比关系。To explore the difference in the performance of shoe upper fabrics with different organizational process parameters of yarn frame Jaka,the fabric performance test is carried out by using Raschel single yarn frame Jaka warp knitting machine to weave yarn frame fabrics with different Jaka organizational structure and drafting density,to analyze the effect of different process parameters on the performance of the shoe upper fabrics.The results of the tensile breaking strength test show that the sparser the Jaka organization structure is,the smaller the tensile breaking strength of the Jaka upper fabrics is;the higher the Jaka drafting density is,the stronger the breaking ability of the fabrics is,but with the further increase of drafting density,the breaking strength of the fabrics will be decreased instead.The experimental results of the top breaking strength show that:the organizational structure of Jaka and the drafting density are directly proportional to the top breaking strength of the fabric.
