摘  要:根据GB/T 4745—2012《纺织品防水性能的检测和评价沾水法》,测试氟碳类防水整理剂、无氟防水整理剂处理后织物的表面抗湿性能。控制调湿时间、试验用水温度、洗涤方法、干燥方法、干燥时间这5项试验条件,分析此类试验条件对防水整理织物表面抗湿性能检测结果的影响。结果表明:调湿时间、试验用水温度和干燥时间对防水整理织物表面抗湿性能的影响不大;洗涤方法对防水整理织物表面抗湿性能有一定影响;干燥方法影响最大;同种防水整理织物的表面抗湿性能排序为翻转干燥>烘房悬挂晾干≥自然环境下悬挂晾干。According to the standard GB/T 4745—2012 “Textile waterproof performance testing and evaluation-Water Wetting Law”, the surface moisture resistance of fabrics treated with fluorocarbon waterproof finishing agents and fluorine-free waterproof finishes is tested. By controlling the humidity control time, test water temperature, washing method, drying method and drying time, the influence of such test conditions on the moisture resistance test results of the surface of waterproof finishing fabrics is analyzed. The results show that the humidity control time, test water temperature and drying time have little effect on the surface moisture resistance of the waterproof finishing fabric. The washing method has a certain impact on the moisture resistance of the surface of the waterproof finishing fabric;The drying method has the greatest impact;The surface moisture resistance of the same waterproof finishing fabric is ranked as flipping drying>hanging drying in the drying room≥hanging drying in natural environment.
