摘  要:以新品种‘秦脆’为试验试材,田间调研苦痘病发病情况与相关农艺性状,运用皮尔逊相关性分析、主成分分析、回归分析和通径分析的多元分析法,对‘秦脆’树高、主干径粗、营养枝强弱及数量、秋梢枝长短及数量、挂果量多少、果实大小等相关农艺性状和发病情况进行关联分析。结果表明:苦痘病始发于7月末8月初,不同果园、不同树龄苦痘病发病率相差较大;相关性分析表明,发病率与强营养枝(0.54)、长秋梢数(0.43)呈极显著正相关,与挂果量(-0.43)呈极显著负相关;多元回归方程表明,强营养枝、挂果量、长秋梢是决定苦痘病发病率的主要因子,它们决定了发病率的79.1%;通径分析表明,强营养枝数、长秋梢、果实大小是影响苦痘病发病率的直接因素,挂果量、树高、中营养枝、弱营养枝、短秋梢等性状通过影响强营养枝间接调控发病率。The incidence of bitter pit disease and related agronomic traits were investigated using the new apple variety‘Qincui’as an experimental material.Multiple analysis methods including pearson correlation analysis,principal component analysis,regression analysis,and path analysis were used to analyze the correlation between the incidence and related agronomic traits such as tree height,trunk diameter,nutrient branch strength and quantity,autumn branch length and quantity,fruit quantity,and fruit size.The results showed that the bitter pit typically emerged between the end of July and the beginning of August.The incidence rate of bitter pit in different orchards and regions varied greatly;the correlation analysis showed that the incidence rate was positively correlated with the number of strong vegetative branches(0.54)and the number of autumn shoots(0.43),while displaying a significantly negative correlation with the number of fruit bearing(-0.43);multivariate regression equation showed that the main factors determining the incidence rate of bitter pit were strong vegetative branches,fruit bearing amount and long autumn shoots,collectively accounting for 79.1% of the incidence rate;path analysis identified the number of strong vegetative branches,long autumn shoots,and fruit size as direct factors affecting the incidence rate of bitter pit disease.The fruit bearing quantity,tree height,medium vegetative branches,weak vegetative branches,and short autumn shoots indirectly regulated the incidence rate by influencing the strong vegetative branches.
