摘 要:为探究不同土壤养分条件下轻木叶片的适应稳定策略,揭示轻木在生存区域生态系统中的生存策略。以2 a生轻木叶片为研究材料,分析比较不同坡位土壤养分对轻木叶片解剖结构特征的影响。结果表明:绝大多数土壤养分含量随土层深度增加而降低,并且上坡位土壤养分含量大多高于下坡位。上坡位轻木叶片大多数解剖结构指标的厚度大于下坡位,两个坡位中维管束木质部面积的变异系数和可塑性指数均最高。全钾对轻木叶片解剖结构有极显著影响(P<0.01),土壤养分特征对轻木叶片解剖结构影响的重要性表现为全钾>全氮>有机碳>水解氮>速效钾>有效磷>全磷。叶片解剖结构可塑性使得轻木在不同土壤养分条件中形成生存策略,维管束木质部面积所展现的明显可塑性,是轻木产生对土壤养分的关键适应特征。This study investigates adaptation and stability strategies exhibited by Ochroma lagopus Swartz.leaves under different soil nutrient conditions,as wll as the survival strategies of balsa wood in the regional ecosystem.We analyzed and compared the effects of soil nutrients at different slope positions on the anatomical structure characteristics in the leaves of two-year old Ochroma lagopus Swartz.The results showed that most of the soil nutrient content decreased with the increase of soil depth,and the soil nutrient content in the upper slope was higher than that in the lower slope.The thickness of most anatomical structure indexes of the leaves of Ochroma lagopus Swartz.on the upper slope position was higher than that on the lower slope position,and the variation coefficient and plasticity index of the xylem area of the vascular bundle in the two slope positions were the highest.Total K had a significant effect on the anatomical structure of Ochroma lagopus Swartz.leaves(P<0.01).The order of importance of soil nutrient characteristics on the anatomical structure of balsa leaf was as follows;total K>total N>organic C>hydrolyzed N>available K>available P>total P.The plasticity of leaf anatomical structure enables Ochroma lagopus Swartz.to form survival strategies in different soil nutrient conditions.The obvious plasticity of vascular bundle xylem area is a key adaptation feature of Ochroma lagopus Swartz.to soil nutrients.
