摘　　要：泌尿系统肿瘤是我国肾脏移植术后最常见的肿瘤之一。为了充分体现我国肾脏移植受者发生泌尿系统肿瘤的特点,进一步提高、规范肾脏移植术后泌尿系统肿瘤的诊断、治疗与随访,中华医学会器官移植学分会组织肾脏移植、泌尿系统肿瘤专家在结合我国肾脏移植受者临床特点及国内外最新研究进展基础上,首次提出针对该患者人群相关的诊疗指南供临床工作者参考与实践。Urinary tract tumors are among the most common malignancies after kidney transplantation(KT)in China.To fully grasp the characteristics of urinary tract tumors in KT recipients and further optimize its diagnoses,treatments,and follow-ups,Branch of Organ Transplantation,Chinese Medical Association has convened domestic experts in KT and urological oncology.Drawing on the clinical features of KT recipients in China as well as the latest domestic and international researches,these experts have,for the first time,developed guidelines specifically for managing urinary tract tumors and providing valuable references for clinical practitioners.
