摘  要:针对CO_(2)驱替过程中,采出井气液比升高、产液量下降快,抽油泵气影响严重,无法正常生产的问题,形成了CO_(2)驱抽油机井高气液比防气举升技术。首先,通过在柱塞上增设导压孔,平衡泵筒内部压力,形成导压式防气抽油泵,防止气锁现象发生,维持油井生产;其次,应用基于重力沉降的串联型气液分离装置,减少进入抽油泵泵筒内的气体体积,降低气的影响,提升举升效率;最后,利用室内实验、现场试验相结合的方式,证明了高气液比防气举升技术的可行性,措施后平均单井日增油0.2 t,经济效益显著。CO_(2)驱抽油机井高气液比防气举升技术在气驱油井的应用过程中,单井产液量提升明显,能有效举升CO_(2)驱替出的原油,是碳利用的重要组成场景,可进行工业化推广。Aiming at the challenges during CO_(2)flooding processes,including increased gas-liquid ratio and rapidly decreased fluid production of production wells and serious impact of gas on pumps causing unable to normally pro-duce,high gas-liquid ratio anti-gas lifting technique is developed for CO_(2)flooding pumping wells.Firstly,pressure-guided holes are added on the plunger to balance internal pressure of pump barrel,forming pressure-guided anti-gas pump to prevent gas locking and maintain oil well production.Secondly,serial gas-liquid separation device based on gravity settling is applied to reduce the volume of gas entering the pump barrel,reducing the impact of gas and improving lifting efficiency.Finally,the feasibility of high gas-liquid ratio anti-gas lifting technique is proved by combination of laboratory experiment and field test.After stimulation,average single-well daily oil production in-crease is 0.2 t,with significant economic benefits.Application of high gas-liquid ratio anti-gas lifting technique for CO_(2)flooding pumping wells in gas-driven wells significantly increases single-well fluid production,effectively lift-ing the oil displaced by CO_(2),being an important composition scene of carbon utilization and can be commercially promoted.
