摘　　要：河钢唐钢新研发的产品研发项目管控系统,是集团内首套完全自主研发并拥有独立知识产权的项目管理平台。该系统功能齐全,涵盖项目管理、任务调度、流程监控、标准资料整理、审批流程以及项目文档的整合与打包等关键环节。目前,该系统运行表现优异,为唐钢的产品研发提供了强有力的管理支持,有效提升了项目管理的效率和质量。The New Product Development Project Management System(NPDMS)at HBIS is a project management platform which is fully independently developed for the first time.HBIS as the developing unit of this system,fully possesses its intellectual property rights.NPDMS is an efficient and multifunctional system,able to complete keys tasks like project management,task arrangement,process monitoring,standard material classification,approval procedures and the integration and packaging of project documents.Currently,the system performances well,providing strong managerial support for HBIS’s product development and effectively enhancing the efficiency and quality of project management work.
