摘　　要：目的构建医疗设备质量管理的敏感指标体系,为科学、客观评价医疗设备质量管理提供可靠依据。方法于2023年6—8月,通过查阅国内外文献,构建医疗设备质量管理的敏感指标,应用德尔菲法确定指标体系,并采用层次分析法(analytic hierarchy process,AHP)确定最终权重。结果2轮咨询专家积极系数均为100%,权威系数(credibility ratio,Cr)分别为0.801、0.812,2轮专家咨询最终确定了包括一级指标5项、二级指标12项、三级指标26项的医疗设备质量管理敏感指标体系。结论本研究构建的医疗设备质量管理敏感指标体系具备较高的可操作性,适用于医院医学装备部医疗设备的质量管理评价。Objective To construct a sensitive index system of medical equipment quality management,so as to provide a reliable basis for scientific and objective evaluation of medical equipment quality management.Methods From June to August 2023,the sensitive indicators of medical equipment quality management were constructed by reviewing domestic and foreign literature,the Delphi method was used to determine the index system,and the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was used to determine the final weight.Results The positive coefficients of experts in the two rounds of consultation were both 100%,and the credibility ratio(Cr)were 0.801 and 0.812,respectively.The final sensitive index system of medical equipment quality management included 5 first-level indicators,12 second-level indicators and 26 third-level indicators.Conclusion The sensitive index system of medical equipment quality management constructed in this study has high operability and is suitable for the quality management evaluation of medical equipment in the medical equipment department of hospitals.
