血站质量管理中差错管理模式的应用与效果评估

摘　　要：目的探讨在血站实施差错管理模式对提高血站工作达标情况和降低差错事件发生率的影响。方法选择2022年2月—2023年2月青岛市中心血站莱西献血服务部采集的2500名血液标本作为研究对象,将2022年2—8月采集的1000名血液标本设为对照组,2022年9月—2023年2月采集的1500名血液标本设为试验组。对照组采用传统的质量管理模式,试验组采用差错管理模式。比较2组血站工作达标情况和差错事件发生率。结果试验组温湿度控制评分为(23.74±0.23)分、消毒效果评分为(23.25±0.46)分、设备维护保养评分为(23.53±0.42)分,高于对照组的(21.51±1.14)分、(22.47±1.72)分、(21.07±1.81)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。试验组血液渗漏、解冻破袋、脂肪血、意外伤害等差错事件总发生率为0.33%,低于对照组的1.20%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论差错管理模式可以有效地改善血站工作达标情况,降低差错事件发生率,为血液的质量和安全提供保障。Objective To explore the impact of implementing error management mode in blood stations on improving the compliance of blood station work and reducing the incidence of error events.Methods A total of 2500 blood samples collected from Laixi Blood Donation Service,Qingdao Blood Center from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects.The 1000 blood samples collected from February to August 2022 were set as the control group,and the 1500 blood samples collected from September 2022 to February 2023 were set as the test group The control group adopted traditional quality management mode,while the test group adopted error management mode.The compliance of blood station work and the incidence of error events were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of temperature and humidity control,disinfection effect and equipment maintenance and upkeep in the test group were(23.74±0.23)points,(23.25±0.46)points and(23.53±0.42)points,which were higher than(21.51±1.14)points,(22.47±1.72)points and(21.07±1.81)points in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The total incidence of error events such as blood leakage,thawing and bag breaking,fatty blood,and accidental injury in the test group was 0.33%,which was lower than 1.20%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The error management model can effectively improve the compliance of blood station work,reduce the incidence of error events,and provide guarantees for the quality and safety of blood.
