前庭功能训练操在眩晕患者康复护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察前庭功能训练操在眩晕患者康复护理中的应用效果,以及对前庭症状指数(vestibular symptom index,VSI)、伯格平衡量表评分(Burger balance scale,BBS)的影响。方法选取2022年1月—2023年11月在厦门大学附属第一医院接受治疗的80例眩晕患者为研究对象。按护理方式的不同分为2组,各40例。对照组予以常规护理措施,观察组在对照组的基础上给予前庭功能训练操,护理持续1个月。对比2组患者干预前后的VSI、BBS、负性情绪(state anxiety scale,SAI)、生活质量(quality of life-74,GQOL-74)、护理满意度。结果干预后,观察组VSI评分为(18.17±5.20)分,低于对照组的(24.79±5.46)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组BBS评分为(48.18±5.12)分,高于对照组的(41.77±5.63)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的SAI评分低于对照组,GQOL-74各维度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的护理总满意度为97.50%(39/40),高于对照组的80.00%(32/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论眩晕患者应用前庭功能训练操可显著改善患者的前庭症状,调节其平衡能力,患者焦虑情绪明显得到缓解,从而改善其生活质量水平,患者对护理工作的满意度较高。Objective To observe the effect of vestibular function training exercises in rehabilitation nursing of vertigo patients,and the influence on vestibular symptom index(VSI)and Burger balance scale(BBS).Methods A total of 80 vertigo patients treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from January 2022 to November 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by different nursing methods,40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing measures,and the observation group was given vestibular function training exercises on the basis of the control group.The nursing lasted for 1 month.VSI,BBS,state anxiety scale(SAI),quality of life-74(GQOL-74)and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared before and after intervention.Results After the intervention,the VSI score of the observation group was(18.17±5.20)points,which was lower than(24.79±5.46)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the BBS score of the observation group was(48.18±5.12)points,which was higher than(41.77±5.63)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the SAI score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the GQOL-74 score was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing in the observation group was 97.50%(39/40),which was higher than 80.00%(32/40)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of vestibular function training exercise in vertigo patients can significantly improve the vestibular symptoms of patients,adjust their balance ability,and significantly alleviate the anxiety of patients,thus improving their quality of life.Patients have a high satisfaction with nursing work.
