摘　　要：运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,探析群众性水上运动高质量发展的价值、困境,并提出高质量发展路径。价值:拓展水上消费空间,驱动产业模式创新;加快资源要素流动,促进区域经济协调;强化公众环保意识,引领行业绿色低碳;深化国际交流合作,推进传统文化开放;满足群众多元需求,实现成果全民共享。困境:行业标准亟待完善;有效供给需要提升;品牌活动有待扩展;专业人才培养不足。路径:制定行业标准,推动项目持续发展;发挥特色优势,推动项目合理布局;挖掘赛事效益,打造绿水青山品牌;整合优化资源,夯实人才培养体系。By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper analyzed the value and dilemma of high-quality development of mass water sports,and put forward the path of high-quality development.Value:It expands the water consumption space and drives the innovative of industrial models.It speeds up the fl ow of resource factors and promotes the coordinated of regional economy.It strengthens public awareness of environmental protection and leads the green and low-carbon of the industry.It deepens international exchanges and cooperation to promote the open of traditional culture.It meets the diverse needs of the people and realizes the achievements shared by all.Dilemma:Industry standards need to be improved,effective supply needs to be improved,brand activities need to be expanded,and professional personnel training is insufficient.Path:We should develop industry standards to promote sustainable development of the project,give full play to unique advantages to promote the rational layout of projects,explore the benefits of the event to build a brand of green mountains and clear rivers,and integrate and optimize resources to consolidate the personnel training system.
