摘 要:风偏故障是威胁500kV超高压输电线路安全稳定运行的主要因素之一。文章从气象监测预警、线路设计优化、精益运维管理、防风技术研究4方面,提出了加强气象监测预警体系建设、优化线路走廊选择和杆塔绝缘子设计、开展隐患排查治理和智能监测、创新风偏故障预警和机理研究等一系列预防风偏故障的措施,并强调了加强同行业交流学习的重要性,以期全面提升输电线路抵御风偏故障的能力,为保障电网安全运行提供有力支撑。Wind bias fault is one of the main factors threatening the safe and stable operation of 500 kV ultra-high voltage transmission lines.This article proposes a series of measures to prevent wind deviation faults from four aspects:meteorological monitoring and early warning,optimization of line design,lean operation and maintenance management,and research on wind prevention technology.The measures include strengthening the construction of meteorological monitoring and early warning system,optimizing the selection of line corridors and tower insulator design,conducting hidden danger investigation and intelligent monitoring,innovating wind deviation fault warning and mechanism research,etc.It also emphasizes the importance of strengthening industry exchange and learning,in order to comprehensively enhance the ability of transmission lines to resist wind deviation faults and provide strong support for ensuring the safe operation of the power grid.
