全焊宽通道板式换热器在精馏装置热量耦合中的应用

摘　　要：宽通道板式换热器的板束间距可调,适用于燃料乙醇、制糖、造纸、氧化铝等含有大量固体、晶体、纤维、浆状物质及高粘度介质的流体换热工艺场合。传统的可拆卸宽通道板式热交换器因为密封垫片受温度、压力及介质等方面约束,应用场合很受局限。已开发的全焊接宽通道板式换热器虽在个别领域得到广泛应用,但因其管侧为焊接定位柱或压成多触点形式,不适用于双介质均为高固含量、晶体、纤维等工况推广应用。广西中粮生物能源有限公司采用的开放式定距柱焊接板对,不但具承压高的特点,而且易清洗,只需将盲板打开,即可对双侧流道进行清洗,具有广泛的推广应用前景。Wide-channel plate heat exchanger,because its plate bundle spacing is adjustable,is very suitable for fuel ethanol,sugar,paper,alumina,and other fluids containing a large amount of solids,crystals,fibers,slurry materials and high-viscosity media Heat exchange process occasions.The application of traditional detachable wide-channel plate heat exchangers is very limited because the sealing gasket is restricted by temperature,pressure and medium.Although the fully welded wide flow channel plate heat exchanger that has been developed is widely used in certain fields,its tube side is welded with positioning posts or pressed into a multi-contact form,which makes it unsuitable for dual media with high solid content,crystals,Fiber and other working conditions are promoted and applied.The open positioning column welding plate pair developed by the author for Guangxi COFCO Bioenergy Co.,Ltd.not only has the characteristics of high pressure bearing,but also is easy to clean.Just open the blind plate to clean the flow channels on both sides.It has a wide range of applications.Promote application prospects.
