浓密机池壁清钙装置的设计及应用

摘　　要：随着环保要求的不断提高,矿山酸碱性废水处理对于浓密机的运行效率和处理效果要求愈加严格。文章探讨了酸碱性水处理过程中,由于石灰的加入导致的废水处理浓密机结钙问题,并提出采用浓密机池壁清钙装置作为解决方案。文章分析了结钙现象的原因及其对废水处理设施的影响,介绍了清钙装置的设计原理、结构特点及在浓密机上的实际应用效果。实践表明,该装置的清钙效果显著。With the continuous improvement of environmental protection requirements,the operation efficiency and treatment effect of thickener for the treatment of mine acid-base wastewater are more and more strict.This paper focuses on the acid-base water treatment process,due to the addition of lime caused by wastewater treatment thickener calcium problem,and puts forward the use of thickener pool wall calcium removal device as a solution.the paper analyzes the causes of calcium phenomenon and its impact on wastewater treatment facilities,introduces the design principle,structure characteristics and practical application effect of calcium removal device on the thickener.The practice shows that the device has remarkable effect on removing calcium.
