摘　　要：中国式现代化是中国共产党领导的独立自主的现代化。独立自主现代化具有改革“门槛效应”、“植根效应”和“时间效应”。中国式现代化进程中的改革叙事彰显出典型的独立自主性演进逻辑,包括保障现代化与改革战略主动的独立自主逻辑、自主决定改革方略及路径的自主决策逻辑、基于国情促进改革生成与深化的内生演进逻辑和主动设置改革原则与定向的自我约束逻辑。开展必要理论准备,具备关键实施主体,形成有效制度供给,探索适宜改革方法,构成了中国独立自主现代化的改革成功之道,为广大发展中国家在现代化和改革进程中保持自身独立性提供了宝贵启示。Chinese-style modernization is a modernization led by the Communist Party of China that is characterized by independence and self-reliance.Independent and self-reliant modernization possesses the“threshold effect”,“rooting effect”,and“time effect”of reforms.The narrative of reform within the process of Chinese-style modernization demonstrates a typical evolution logic of independence and self-reliance,which includes the logic of ensuring the initiative of modernization and reform strategy,the logic of autonomous decision-making on reform strategies and paths,the endogenous evolution logic that promotes the generation and deepening of reforms based on national conditions,and the logic of self-restraint in actively setting reform principles and orientations.Carrying out necessary theoretical preparations,possessing key implementation entities,forming effective institutional supply,exploring suitable reform methods,constitutes an important reform experience for China’s independent modernization,and provides valuable inspiration for developing countries to maintain their independence in the process of modernization and reform.
