摘 要:耐氯漂色牢度测试温度要求(20±2)℃,在实际测试环境中部分地域温度较难控制在标准要求范围内。为了探讨温度和时间对耐氯漂色牢度测试结果的影响程度,依据GB/T 7069-1997《纺织品色牢度试验耐次氯酸盐漂白色牢度》测试方法,分别从漂白工作液的配制、测试时间和测试温度等方面进行对比试验,得出次氯酸钠溶液中的有效氯浓度随着储存时间的增加而降低,测试液宜现配现用。测试温度和测试时间都会对测试结果产生重要影响。Chlorine bleaching fastness test temperature is required to be(20±2)℃,in the actual test environment,the temperature in some areas is difficult to control within the standard requirements.In order to discuss the influence of temperature and time on the test results of chlorine bleaching fastness,according to the test method of GB/T 7069-1997“Textiles-Tests for colour fastness-Colour fastness to bleaching:Hypochlorite”,the comparative test was carried out from the preparation,test time and test temperature of the bleaching working solution.It is concluded that the effective chlorine concentration in sodium hypochlorite solution decreased with the increase of storage time,and the test solution should be used on the spot,and the test temperature and test time would have an important effect on the test results.
