摘　　要：立足于国内服装产业高质发展人才诉求,校企协同育人内驱力较弱等问题,探究在新工科视域下服装智造创新人才培养新模式。拓展校企合作新路径,提出校企联合构建“一主线+三模块+四交互”的叠进式实践教学模式,提升人才培养和区域服务能力,对有效解决“人才荒”问题具有一定指导意义;同时,依托智能制造服装企业先进资源与地域优势,构建“三融合三贯通”人才培养方案及产教研融合的多元协同“六共”育人模式,校企联动推进工程教育,深化产教融合,打造互补、互利、互动、多赢的人才培养新局面,为应用型高校建设提供可推广的人才培养模式。Based on the demand for talent development in line with the high-quality development of the domestic apparel industry,a new mode of cultivating innovative talents in intelligent clothing manufacturing from the perspective of emerging engineering disciplines was explored.To solve issues such as the weak internal motivation for school-enterprise collaboration in education,the expanding new paths for school-enterprise cooperation was proposed,while a progressive practical teaching model for joint construction by schools and enterprises of“one mainline,three modules,four interactions”was put forward.It is aimed to advance talent cultivation and regional service capabilities,providing guidance for solving the“talent scarcity”issue effectively.Furthermore,by leveraging the advanced resources and regional advantages of intelligent manufacturing in the apparel industry,a talent cultivation scheme of“three integrations and three through-trains”and a multi-synergistic“six co-”education model that merges industry,education,and research were constructed.The school-enterprise collaboration propels engineering education and deepens the industry-education integration,which creates a complementary,mutually beneficial,interactive,and win-win new scenario for talent cultivation,offering a scalable model of talent development for application-oriented universities.
