摘  要:探讨PEN纤维帘线浸胶过程中聚集态结构演变和力学性能。通过对浸胶整理过程中的干燥一区、拉伸区、干燥二区和定形区这4个区域的样品进行研究,分析了PEN纤维帘线在浸胶后整理过程中聚集态结构、热性能、取向参数、力学性能的演变。结果表明:PEN纤维帘线在浸胶过程中结晶度由67.85%逐渐增加到69.45%;晶面的晶粒尺寸均略微增大;DSC熔融峰逐渐尖锐,结晶度增加,表明分子链聚集态结构趋于稳定和完善。PEN纤维帘线在热定形处理时纤维非晶区大分子链的取向度无明显下降,帘线的热收缩降为1.50%,有利于提高纤维帘线的热稳定性。动态和静态力学性能表明,PEN纤维帘线的断裂强度和模量未出现明显变化。Aggregation structure evolution and mechanical property of PEN fiber cord during dipping finishing were researched.In process of dipping finishing,samples in dry one zone,stretch zone,dry two zone and shaped zone were studied.Aggregation structure,thermal property,orientation parameters and mechanical property evolution of PEN fiber cord during dipping finishing were analyzed.The result showed that the crystallinity of the PEN fiber cord was increased from 67.85%to 69.45%.The crystalline size was larger slightly.The peak of DSC curve was tended to be more sharp,the crystallinity was increased,which indicated that the molecular aggregation structure was evolved more perfect and stable.When PEN fiber cord was in heat setting treatment,there was no significant decrease in the orientation degree of large molecular chains in the amorphous region of fibers,heat shrinkage of the cord was decreased to 1.50%,which was helpful to improve the fiber cord thermal stability.Both dynamic and static mechanical properties exhibited that the breaking stress and modulus of PEN fiber cord were not decreased obviously along the dipping process.
