摘　　要：目的:探讨白内障手术前全视网膜激光光凝对糖尿病视网膜病变的影响。方法:选取2020年1月~2022年12月本院100例白内障合并糖尿病视网膜病变患者,采取随机数字表法分组,每组各50例,对照组于白内障术后1个月进行全视网膜激光光凝治疗,观察组于术前2个月采取全视网膜激光光凝治疗,对比治疗效果。结果:观察组比对照组治疗总有效率高(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后视力、黄斑厚度、PEDF及VEGF较对照组优(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率比对照组低,而生活质量评分比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:白内障术前采取全视网膜激光光凝治疗糖尿病视网膜病变,不仅能够提高患者视力水平,改善VEGF、PEDF等,而且安全性高,可尽量降低术后并发症发生率。Objective:To investigate the effect of panretinal laser photocoagulation on diabetic retinopathy before cataract surgery.Methods:100 patients with cataract and diabetic retinopathy from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected.50 cases in each group underwent total retinal laser photocoagulation 1 month after cataract surgery,and the observation group took total retinal laser photocoagulation 2 months before surgery to compare the treatment effect.Results:The total response rate was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The treated visual acuity,macular thickness,PEDF and VEGF in the observation group were superior compared with the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate was lower than the observed group,while the quality of life score was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Whole retinal laser photocoagulation for diabetic retinopathy before cataract surgery can not only improve the visual level of patients,improve VEGF,PEDF,but also have high safety and minimize the incidence of postoperative complications.
