摘　　要：目的:分析探讨传统唇侧托槽与舌侧活动翼托槽在正畸治疗患者中的应用价值。方法:对2020年2月~2023年11月厦门湖里齐安口腔门诊部接受正畸治疗的患者81例的临床资料展开回顾性分析,依据正畸治疗中托槽方案差异将入选者分成对照组(40例,传统唇侧托槽)和观察组(41例,舌侧活动翼托槽),比较内收修复效果、适应性及操作时间。结果:观察组前牙内收效果95.12%与对照组的82.50%相比具有明显数据差异性(P<0.05);观察组设计/操作时间、更换弓丝及更换加力装置时间、总操作时间明显短于对照组,观察组的粘接时间明显长于对照组,组间差异明显(P<0.05),组间印模制取时间对比无明显差异(P>0.05);观察组的托槽脱落率16.46%明显低于对照组的26.60%,数据差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:舌侧活动翼托槽在正畸治疗患者中内收效果及适应性理想,操作时间短。Objective:To analyze and explore the application value of traditional labial and lingual movable wing brackets in orthodontic treatment of patients.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 81 patients who received orthodontic treatment in Xiamen Huli Qi’an Dental Clinic from February 2020 to November 2023.Based on the differences in orthodontic treatment plans,the selected patients were divided into a control group(40 cases,traditional labial brackets)and an observation group(41 cases,lingual movable wing brackets).The effect,adaptability,and operation time of adduction repair were compared.Results:There was a significant difference in the effect of anterior tooth retraction between the observation group(95.12%)and the control group(82.50%),which was P<0.05;The design/operation time,and the time for replacing the arch wire and force device,as well as the total operation time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group.At the same time,the adhesive time of the observation group was significantly longer than that of the control group,and there was a significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the groups and the time for mold making,and the data difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);The bracket detachment rate in the observation group was 16.46%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group of 26.60%,with a significant difference in data(P<0.05).Conclusion:The lingual movable wing bracket has ideal adduction effect and adaptability in orthodontic treatment patients,short operation time.
