摘 要:目的:探讨分析在进行双源64层CT检查时,将质量控制检测技术应用于其中的效果,分析其临床可应用价值。方法:将2022年4月~2023年6月作为研究时段,在该时段内将本院数据库内资料登记有效的68例接受CT诊断患者作为本次研究案例,将患者随机均分两组,每组各34例患者。对照组患者在接受CT诊断时,由医务人员采用常规管理方案,实验组患者在接受CT诊断时,由医务人员采用优化质量控制监测管理,在管理完成后,研究人员针对两组患者的各项指标进行评价,分析图片合格率。结果:相较于对照组,实验组内影像学图片的合格率明显更高,并且实验组患者的CT诊断辐射剂量明显低于对照组,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:在进行双源64层CT检查时,应用质量控制检测技术能够显著提高图像的合格率,并且能够有效降低患者的CT诊断辐射剂量。表明质量控制检测技术在临床实践中具有重要的应用价值,可以提高CT检查的质量,减少辐射暴露对患者的潜在风险。因此,建议在双源64层CT检查中积极采用质量控制检测技术,以提高临床诊断的准确性和安全性。Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of quality control detection technology applied in dual-source 64-slice CT examination,and to analyze its clinical application value.Methods:From April 2022 to June 2023,68 patients who underwent CT diagnosis with valid data registered in the database of our hospital were selected as the study cases.The patients were randomly divided into two groups,with 34 patients in each group.Patients in the control group received conventional management,while patients in the experimental group received CT diagnosis,only medical staff used optimized quality control monitoring management.After the completion of management,researchers evaluated the indicators of the two groups of patients,and analyzed the picture qualified rate.Results:The qualified rate of imaging pictures in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the CT diagnostic radiation dose in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of quality control detection technology in dual-source 64-slice CT examination can significantly improve the qualified rate of images and effectively reduce the CT diagnostic radiation dose to patients.This suggests that quality control testing techniques can be of great value in clinical practice to improve the quality of CT examinations and reduce the potential risks of radiation exposure to patients.Therefore,it is recommended to actively use quality control testing technology in dual-source 64-slice CT examination to improve the accuracy and safety of clinical diagnosis.
