6S管理模式在手术室器械台整理布局及无菌保持中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探究6S管理模式在手术室器械台整理布局及无菌保持中的应用。方法:回顾性分析2022年1月~2022年12月本院手术室共5000个器械台整理布局及无菌保持的管理情况,其中2022年1月~2022年6月实施常规管理模式进行管理,纳入常规组,2022年7月~2022年12月实施6S管理模式进行管理,为管理组。比较两组器械台的整理布局情况(仪器管理、药品管理、环境管理、安全管理、护理文书),比较两组器械台的无菌情况(合格、不合格),比较两组手术室器械取用平均时长、环境清洁及消毒平均时长以及仪器保养平均时长,比较两组护理质量满意度。结果:管理组的整理布局情况以及无菌情况合格率均显著高于常规组(P<0.05),管理组手术室器械取用平均时长、环境清洁及消毒平均时长以及仪器保养平均时长均显著低于常规组(P<0.05),管理组的非常满意和满意的比例均显著高于常规组,且管理组的护理总满意度显著高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:6S管理模式可有效提高手术室器械台整理布局的清洁度和整洁度,还能有效提高无菌合格率,从而提升护理满意度。Objective:To explore the application of 6S management model in the arrangement layout and aseptic maintenance of operating room instrument tables.Methods:The management status of arrangement layout and aseptic maintenance of 5000 instrument tables in the operating room of our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were analyzed retrospectively.The instrument tables with conventional management model from January 2022 to June 2022 were enrolled as conventional group,and the instrument tables with 6S management model from July 2022 to December 2022 were included in management group.The arrangement layout(instrument management,drug management,environmental management,safety management,nursing document),aseptic status of instrument tables(qualified,unqualified),average duration of operating room instrument access,average duration of environmental cleaning and disinfection,average duration of instrument maintenance and nursing quality satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The arrangement layout and qualified rate of aseptic status in management group were significantly higher than that in conventional group(P<0.05),and the average duration of operating room instrument access,average duration of environmental cleaning and disinfection and average duration of instrument maintenance were significantly shorter than those in conventional group(P<0.05).The very satisfied and satisfied proportions in management group were significantly higher than those in conventional group,and the total nursing satisfaction was significantly higher compared with that in conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:6S management model can effectively improve the cleanliness and tidiness of operating room instrument table arrangement layout,and also effectively enhance the aseptic qualification rate,so as to enhance the nursing satisfaction.
