摘 要:目前关于稀土对DH36船板钢耐腐蚀性的影响研究较少。使用金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、电化学工作站以及X射线衍射仪等设备研究了稀土Ce的加入对DH36船板钢显微组织及耐腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:Ce对试验钢的晶粒有明显的细化作用;Ce的加入使钢中的Al_(2)O_(3)、MnS、Al _(2)O_(3)+MnS夹杂改性为CeAlO_(3)+MnS、Ce _(2)O_(3),且稀土夹杂物周围的应力明显变小,减小了腐蚀发生的活性区。Ce的加入提高了试验钢的自腐蚀电位,降低了自腐蚀电流密度,在3.5%NaCl溶液中浸泡5 d后,试验钢的腐蚀电流密度由未添加稀土Ce时的8.431×10^(-5) A/cm ^(2)降低到Ce含量为0.0092%时的2.384×10^(-5) A/cm ^(2);Ce的加入使腐蚀产物中γ-FeOOH的含量减少,α-FeOOH和Fe _(3)o _(4)的含量提高。测试结果均表明,Ce含量的增加会提高试验钢的耐腐蚀性能。Currently,there are fewer studies on the effect of rare earths on the corrosion resistance of DH36 ship plate steel.Herein,the effect of the addition of rare earth Ce on the microstructure and corrosion resistance of DH36 ship plate steel was studied by metallographic micro-scope,scanning electron microscope,electrochemical workstation and X-ray diffractometer.Results showed that Ce had a significant refining effect on the grain size of the test steel;The addition of Ce modified the Al_(2)O_(3),MnS and Al_(2)O_(3)+MnS inclusions in the steel to CeAlO_(3)+MnS,Ce_(2)O_(3)inclusions,and the stress around rare earth inclusions significantly decreased,reducing the active zone where corrosion occurred.Moreo-ver,the addition of Ce increased the self-corrosion potential of the test steel and reduced the self-corrosion current density.After immersed in 3.5%NaCl solution for 5 d,the corrosion current density of the test steel decreased from 8.431×10^(-5)A/cm^(2)without the addition of rare earth Ce to 2.384×10^(-5)A/cm^(2)with the Ce content of 0.0092%;The addition of Ce declined the content ofγ-FeOOH in the corrosion products,while increased the content ofα-FeOOH and Fe_(3)o_(4).All of test results indicated that the increase of Ce content would improve the corrosion resistance of the test steel.
