摘 要:为了研究低温轧制态与退火态CrCoNi中熵合金在NaCl溶液中的耐腐蚀性能,对低温(-196℃)轧制变形的CrCoNi中熵合金进行800℃×30 min退火处理,采用金相显微镜、透射电子显微镜、原子力显微镜、光电子能谱仪、电化学工作站等测试手段对低温轧制态与退火态试样在3.5%(质量分数)NaCl溶液中的耐蚀性进行了表征分析。结果表明:低温轧制态试样的耐腐蚀性较差,经800℃×30 min退火后,试样的耐腐蚀性显著提高;由于轧制态合金退火后发生再结晶行为,导致晶粒细化,合金表面钝化膜中Cr_(2)O_(3)与Cr(OH)_(3)的含量增加,从而使合金的耐腐蚀性得到改善。In order to study the corosion resistance of low-temperalure rolled and ammealed CrCoNi medium entropy aloy in NaCl solution,the CrCoNi medium entropy alloy deformed by low-temperature(-1969℃)rolling was annealed at 8009℃for 30 min.The corrosion resistance of low-temperature rolled and annealed samples in 3.5%(mass fraction)NaCl solution was characterized and analyzed by metalographic micro seope,transmission electron microseope,atomic force microseope,photoelectron spectrometer,electrochemical workstation and other testing methods,Results showed that the corrosion resistance of low-temperature rolled samples was poor,After annealing at 8009℃for 30 min,the corrosion resistance of the samples was sigmificantly improved.Owing to the recrystallization behavior of the rolled state alloy alter annealing grain relinement occurred,and the content of Cr_(2)O_(3)and Cr(OH)_(3),in the passivation film on the alloy surace increased,thereby improvng the corrosion resistance of the aloy.
