负载苯并三氮唑缓蚀剂的SiO_(2)气凝胶在K_(2)SiO_(3)涂层中的耐蚀性研究

摘　　要：为提升K_(2)SiO_(3)涂层的腐蚀防护能力,以SiO_(2)气凝胶(SA)为载体负载70 mg/mL苯并三氮唑(BTA)缓蚀剂(SA@BTA-70),研究SA@BTA-70在K_(2)SiO_(3)溶液中的分散性及BTA缓释性,并探究其对K_(2)SiO_(3)涂层耐腐蚀能力的影响。通过傅立叶变换红外光谱仪、比表面积吸附测试仪等探究了SiO_(2)气凝胶在600℃热处理前后表面变化,提升其在水性K_(2)SiO_(3)中的分散性。通过热重分析及紫外分光光度计监控发现BTA在SiO_(2)气凝胶中的有效负载可达17.6%(质量分数),且在弱酸及弱碱条件下具有较好的缓释性。电化学阻抗谱显示含有SA@BTA-70的K_(2)SiO_(3)涂层低频阻抗在5.0×10^(3)Ω·cm^(2)左右,中性耐盐雾实验表明在耐盐雾实验30 d后仍未有明显锈斑出现,展现出优异的腐蚀防护能力。结果表明,SiO_(2)气凝胶可以对BTA缓蚀剂进行有效负载,并在K_(2)SiO_(3)溶液中有较好的缓释性,可有效提高K_(2)SiO_(3)涂层的耐腐蚀性。In order to enhance the corrosion protection of K_(2)SiO_(3)coatings,SiO_(2)aerogel(SA)was used as a carrier loaded with 70 mg/ml benzotriazole(BTA)corosion inhibitor(SA@BTA-70).The SA@BTA-70 dispersion and BTA slow-release properties in K_(2)SiO_(3)solutior were researched.and their inluence on the corosion resistance of K_(2)SiO_(3)coaings were also investigated.Moreover,the surace change of SiO_(2)aerogel before and alter heat treament at 600℃was investigated by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer,specific surace area adsorption tester,etc.to improve its dispersibility in aqueous K_(2)SiO_(3).Through TGA and UV-vis monitoring,it was found that the ellective load of BTA in SiO_(2)aerogel was 17.6%(mass fraction),and it had good slow-release performance under weak acidic/alkaline condition.Electrochemica impedance spectroseopy(ElS)results showed the low-frequeney impedanee of the K_(2)SiO_(3)coating containing SA@BTA-70 was around 5.0×10^(3)Ω·cm^(2).The neutral salt spray resistance test showed that no obvious rust spots appeared alter salt spray resistance test for 30 d,demon strating the coating possessed excellent corrosion protection ability.From the above results,it could be obtained that SiO_(2)aerogel elfectivel loaded BTA corrosion inhibitor,and had good slow release in K_(2)SiO_(3)solution,which elfectively improved the corosion resistance of K_(2)SiO_(3) coatings.
