摘 要:钽钨合金作为重要的高温结构材料和先进功能材料,在航空航天、国防装备、化学工业等众多涉及国计民生的关键领域都扮演着不可或缺的重要角色。随着工程装置服役工况的日益严苛,钽钨合金高温耐氧化性差的缺点进一步凸显,严重制约了其工程化应用。表面防护涂层作为减少基体失效行为、提高材料综合性能和延长装置服役寿命的有效手段,被越来越多地应用于材料防护领域,并且其后续发展前景也十分广阔。首先介绍了钽钨合金的基本性能,随后分别总结归纳了硅化物涂层、贵金属涂层、陶瓷涂层、复合涂层在延长钽钨合金基体高温氧化环境下服役寿命的研究进展,最后对钽钨合金表面抗高温氧化防护涂层的未来发展方向进行了展望。As the important high temperaure struclural materials and advanced functional materials,Ta-W aloy plays an indispensable rle in aerospace,national delense equipment,chemical and other national livelihood industries.With the increasingly stringent service conditions ol engimeering equipment,the disadvantage of poor high-temperature oxidation resistance of Ta-W allov became more severe,which serioush restricts its engineering application.Surace protective coatings are increasingly used in the field of materal protection as an elfective means of reducing the failure behaviors of the substrate,improving the overll perormance of the material and extending the service life of the device.and their subsequent development also has a very broad prospect.This work firstly introduced the basic properties of Ta-W alloy,and then summarzed the research proereses of silicide coalings,noble mela coalings,ceramic coaings and composite coalings in prolongmg the service life of Ta-W alloy in high-temperature oxidative environment.Finally,the future development direction of anti-high temperature oxidative pro tective coatings on Ta-W alloy surfaces was prospected.
