摘 要:缓蚀剂具有微量高效的特点,能够防止金属腐蚀,同时保持金属的物理性能和力学性能不变,且使用方便,因而被广泛地应用。传统金属缓蚀剂的生物降解性差,有毒性,且易对环境造成污染。基于环境保护、可持续发展和绿色化学的理念,传统金属缓蚀剂的使用受到了严格的限制,缓蚀剂的研究逐渐转向环境友好型物质。将绿色环保类缓蚀剂分为单一体系类缓蚀剂和复配体系类缓蚀剂,并对其近年来的研究进展进行了全面综述,分类归纳了各类缓蚀剂的优势和劣势,对绿色缓蚀剂的现状及研究方向进行了展望。Corosion inhibitors are widely used because thev have the characterisics of trace and high elicieney,can prevent metal corosion.while maintaining the physical and mechanical properties of the metal unchanged,and easy to use.Traditional metal corrosion inhibitors have poor bioderadability,toxicity and are easy to cause environmental polution,Based on the concepts of environmental prolection,sustainabl development and green chemistry,the use of traditional metal coosion inhibitors has been severely retricted.and the research on corosion imhibitors is gradually shifting to environmentally friendly substances.In this paper,green environmental protection corrosion inhibitors wer divided into single system corosion inhibitors and compound system corrosion inhibitors,and the research progress in recent years were reviewed.Furthermore,the advantages and disadvantages of various types of corrosion inhibitors were classified and summarized,and the current status and research direction of environmentally friendly corrosion inhibitors were prospected.
