摘 要:为了减少热喷涂细长杆加工过程中的变形,并提高涂层质量与加工效率,基于可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)自动控制技术研制开发了针对细长杆件热喷涂自动化温控系统,实现了细长杆件喷涂过程中的温度自动化控制,采用该系统对比研究了3种不同温度基材上等离子喷涂Al_(2)O_(3)-13TiO_(2)陶瓷涂层的性能。结果表明:当基材温度控制在100~150℃时,工件变形量及涂层综合性能较优。自动化温控系统可以实现工件的连续不间断加工,与传统依靠停枪冷却的热喷涂方式相比,其生产效率提高了50%。In order to reduce deformation during the procesing of slender rods by thermal spraying and improve coating quality and processing eicieney,a temperature control system for thermal spraying of slender rods was developed based on programmable logic controller(PC)au.tomatic control technology,and the temperature automaic control during the spraying process of slender rods was achieved.Though the system,the perfommanee of plasma sprayed Al_(2)O_(3)-13TiO_(2),ceramic coatings on three diferent temperature substrates was compared.Results showed that when the substrate temperature was controlled between 100~150℃,the deformation of the workpiece and the comprehensive perormance ol the coating were belter.The automatic temperature control system could achieve continuous and uninterupted processing of workpieces,which inereased the production elicieney by 50%compared to the traditional thermal spraying method that relied on stopping the gum for cooling.
