新发展理念下我国女子篮球运动高质量发展的内涵与路径研究

摘　　要：以新理念为指导是推动女篮运动高质量发展的重要目标和着力点.研究通过文献资料法、专家访谈法等研究方法深入挖掘女篮运动高质量发展的现实困境与内涵,发现女篮运动存在观念固化,掣肘女篮运动创新发展;发展要素失衡,制约女篮运动内生动力生成;科学理念贯彻不充分,抑制女篮运动发展活力等困境.新内涵为:协调理念引领女篮新发展,共享理念创造女篮新资源,绿色理念打造女篮新名片,创新理念带来女篮新动力,开放理念引来女篮新机会.路径:落实政策牵引,引领高质量发展;革新发展理念,推动优质发展;更新人才培养理念,推动全面发展.Guiding by new concepts is an important goal and focal point for promoting the high-quality devel-opment of women's basketball.This paper deeply explores the current dilemmas and connotations of high-quality development in women's basketball through research methods such as literature review and expert interviews.The study finds that women's basketball faces such challenges as the rigidity of concepts that hinders the innova-tive development of women's basketball,the imbalance of development elements that restricts the generation of internal momentum in women's basketball,and the insufficient implementation of scientific concepts that sup-presses the vitality of women's basketball development.The new connotations include that the coordinated con-cept leads to new development in women's basketball;that the sharing concept creates new resources for women's basketball;that the green concept shapes a new image for women's basketball;that the innovative concept brings new momentum to women's basketball;and that the open concept brings new opportunities to women's basket-ball.The paths are implementing policy traction to lead high-quality development,innovating development con-cepts to promote quality development,and updating talent cultivation concepts to promote comprehensive devel-opment.
