摘　　要：本文旨在透过比利时艺术史学家雷蒙·勒迈尔的经历来检视从《威尼斯宪章》到《奈良真实性文件》中的真实性问题讨论。作为国际古迹遗址理事会的首任秘书长和第二任主席,勒迈尔档案中保存有许多从未发表过的1960年代到1990年代以来的国际辩论记录。这批档案被保存在比利时鲁汶大学。勒迈尔曾是《威尼斯宪章》和《奈良真实性文件》起草会议的报告员,两份文件的草稿即被保存在其档案中;此外,还能见到1970年代勒迈尔试图修改《威尼斯宪章》的相关记录。档案材料揭示了这些事件鲜为人知的一面,增进了我们对遗产史上两个重要参考坐标的认识。它们凸显了国际原则性文书制定中的人为因素,提示我们不要将它们视为普世性的、不可改变的声明。This article examines the question of authenticity from the Venice Charter to the Nara Document,through the experience of Belgian art historian Raymond Lemaire(1921-1997).First Secretary General and second President of ICOMOS,his archives,kept at the University of Louvain,conserve many unpublished sources concerning international debates from the 1960s to the 1990s.The drafting of the Venice Charter and the Nara Document,two documents for which he acted as rapporteur,are documented,as are the attempts to revise the Venice Charter in the 1970s.These records shed light on little-known aspects of these processes and add to our knowledge of these two key references in the history of heritage.They highlight the human factor in the construction of international documents of principle,warning us not to regard them as universal,immutable statements.
