摘  要:为研究大型动载设备基础混凝土裂缝控制,通过掺入粉煤灰和矿渣降低水化热,进行混凝土配合比优化设计,根据力学性能、绝热温升试验及混凝土温度及应力试验,分析优选混凝土配合比的抗裂性能。结果表明:优选混凝土配合比的内外温差基本小于25℃,满足规范要求,具有较好的抗裂性;浇筑仓块中心区域上表面产生拉应力,其余区域产生压应力,应力均小于对应龄期混凝土强度,满足裂缝控制要求。In order to study the crack control of concrete foundation of large dynamic load equipment,fly ash and slag were added to reduce the heat of hydration,and the optimal design of concrete mix was carried out.According to the mechanical properties,adiabatic temperature rise test and the measured results of concrete temperature and stress,the crack resistance of the optimal concrete mix was analyzed.The results show that the temperature difference between inside and outside of the optimum concrete mix ratio is less than 25 C,which meets the specification requirements and has good crack resistance.The tensile stress is generated on the upper surface of the central area of the cast silo block,and the compressive stress is generated in the remaining areas,and the stress is smaller than the strength of the corresponding age concrete,which meets the requirements of crack control.
