多馆模式下高校纸质文献学科化典藏体系的构建与思考——以北京大学为例

摘　　要：面向支持高校“双一流”建设,图书馆应正确认识或重新认识文献典藏工作。文章在文献调研的基础上,以北京大学为例,首先梳理总分馆文献典藏工作现状和问题,进而分析构建总分馆纸质文献典藏体系应考虑的因素,重点探讨构建纸质文献学科化典藏体系的框架,明确了优化三线动态典藏制,在全校实现按学科组织纸质文献的典藏体系。最后对新的典藏体系进行深入分析和思考,为构建良性循环的总分馆学术资源生态系统夯实基础。To support the“Double First Class”initiatives in universities,libraries should gain a clear or renewed understanding of print-collection organization.This article uses Peking University as a case study to first assess the current state and challenges of print-collection work in its main and branch libraries.It then analyzes the factors to consider in developing the print-collection system for the university.The paper emphasizes the importance of establishing a subject-specific print-collection framework,optimizing the dynamic three-level preservation system,and implementing a university-wide,subject-organized collection system.In conclusion,the article provides an in-depth analysis and reflections,in order to lay a solid foundation for building a virtuous cycle within the academic resource ecosystem across the university’s main and branch libraries.
