摘　　要：城市化进程带来了交通拥堵、环境污染等复杂问题,传统管理模式难以应对。数字化技术为解决这些问题提供了新思路,但智慧城市通过引入人工智能、大数据和区块链等智能技术,进一步提升城市的管理和服务能力。智慧城市不仅优化了城市功能,还强调技术与管理的融合,实现了更高效、更可持续的城市发展。The process of urbanization has brought about complex problems such as traffic congestion and environmental pollution,which traditional management models are difficult to cope with.Digital technology provides new ideas for solving these problems,but smart cities further enhance their management and service capabilities by introducing intelligent technologies such as artificial intelligence,big data,and blockchain.Smart cities not only optimize urban functions,but also emphasize the integration of technology and management,achieving more efficient and sustainable urban development.
