摘 要:随着我国经济社会的快速发展,药品生产行业的地位日益突出,药厂污水处理问题也日益严重。药厂污水中含有大量的有机物、微生物、重金属等污染物,若处理不当,将对环境造成严重污染。沉淀池是药厂污水处理系统中的重要环节,其主要功能是去除污水中的悬浮物和部分溶解物,对药厂污水处理系统进行有效改造显得尤为重要。文章通过对药厂污水处理系统沉淀池的改造研究,探讨提高沉淀池处理效果的方法和途径,为药厂污水处理提供理论指导和实践参考。With the rapid development of Chinese economy and society,the status of the pharmaceutical production industry is becoming increasingly prominent,and the problem of wastewater treatment in pharmaceutical factories is also becoming increasingly serious.The wastewater from pharmaceutical factories contains a large amount of organic matter,microorganisms,heavy metals and other pollutants.If not treated properly,it will cause serious pollution to the environment.The sedimentation tank is an important part of the wastewater treatment system in pharmaceutical factories.Its main function is to remove suspended solids and some dissolved substances from the wastewater.Effective transformation of the pharmaceutical factory wastewater treatment system is particularly important.The article explores the methods and approaches to improve the treatment efficiency of sedimentation tanks in pharmaceutical wastewater treatment systems through research on their renovation,providing theoretical guidance and practical reference for pharmaceutical wastewater treatment.
