摘 要:葡萄球菌生物膜形成是一个多因素、分阶段的复杂过程,也是葡萄球菌出现多重耐药和持续性感染的重要机制,目前尚无有效药物根除葡萄球菌生物膜引起的感染。与现代抗菌药物相比,中药具有其独特的抗菌效果,且较少产生耐药性。本文从葡萄球菌生物膜形成的过程及调控机制的角度,整理近年来中药及中药提取物抗葡萄球菌生物膜的相关研究进展,重点分析单用中药,或联合抗菌药物使用的抗生物膜作用机制及效果,为临床用药及新型抗葡萄球菌生物膜中药研发提供参考。The formation of staphylococcal biofilm is a complex process with multiple factors and stages and is also an important mechanism for multi-drug resistance of the Staphylococcus and persistent infection.Currently,there is no effective drug to eradicate the infections caused by the staphylococcal biofilm.As compared with modern antibiotics,traditional Chinese medicine has its unique antibacterial effect with less resistance.From the perspective of the process and regulatory mechanisms of staphylococcal biofilm formation,the progress of relevant researches on anti-staphylococcal biofilms effect of traditional Chinese medicine and its extracts that were achieved in recent years were reviewed in the article,focusing on the single use of traditional Chinese medicine or the anti-biofilm action mechanisms and effect of combined use of antibiotics,it may provide reference for clinical use of antibiotics and development of novel traditional Chinese medicine for anti-staphylococcal biofilm.
